Dear Team,
We are going through an exciting phase. Whenever we take on a challenging goal, life tests our decisions and measures how steadfast we are in our approach. For me, this period is very important because it demonstrates that together, we are capable of facing any challenge.
Our focus should be on working with full concentration and temporarily setting aside anything that diverts our attention from core priorities.
The most critical task for us right now is to correctly establish the formula for flexible packaging and ensure that Project Jagriti is aligned in that direction. Spending time in the market this month made it clear that customers adopt only the right-value products. This means that whatever packaging we provide must keep the contents completely safe while also being reasonably priced. With this in mind, we are now refining our formula. We also believe that we should initially provide base paper while simultaneously working towards functionalized paper. Our flexible packaging team is working steadily in this direction, conducting multiple trials gradually.
During this journey, I also had the opportunity to meet our former Chairman and mentor, Shri Guru Narayan ji, who assured me that he will soon visit Ayodhya.
The project is progressing well, and several changes will be implemented in the coming months. One of the biggest challenges is the timely availability of financial resources. Our finance team is fully focused on finding solutions to ensure that work continues without any delay. Last month, our bankers visited the factory and were impressed by your work. Based on this confidence, they have disbursed the loan. Now, we need to raise the remaining capital so that PM4 can start on time. The dedication of our project team is inspiring, and I am confident that this enthusiasm will help us achieve our goals.
We are also strengthening our team internally. Many of you are taking on responsibilities, which fills me with immense pride. Ms. Nitika will lead the Sewa Sangh during the interim, and Lokesh has taken charge of Finance Control. Our aim will continue to be to nurture and empower as many team members as possible so that we can all grow together.
The Food Services team is also working in multiple directions, and in the coming months, we will be able to bring further improvements through our efforts.
