Under the Leadership Development Program of the National Defence College, a special industrial visit was organized by Invest UP (Government of Uttar Pradesh). The objective of this program was to familiarize senior armed forces officers with industrial operations as part of their economic security training module.
As part of the industry interface visit, 17 Brigadiers and one Air Marshal visited the Pakka plant. During the visit, they closely observed the factory operations, production processes, and overall working systems.
This visit provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen the understanding between the defence sector and industry, helping enhance leadership capabilities through practical exposure.
