Project Jagriti is steadily moving towards its next major phase, with overall project progress currently reaching 82 percent. As we move closer to our targeted completion timeline of September 2026, multiple critical developments across the plant are progressing simultaneously with focused execution and cross functional coordination.

Some of the key developments currently underway include:

• Development of PM4 with 100 TPD capacity for grease proof and flexible packaging base paper
• Pulp Mill capacity enhancement from 140 TPD to 180 TPD for unbleached pulp
• Bleached pulp capacity enhancement from 70 TPD to 120 TPD
• PM3 upgradation from 70 TPD to 80 TPD
• Installation of a new 15 MW power plant with 72 TPH biomass fired boiler
• Expansion and modification of Chemical Recovery systems from 140 to 240 TDS/D
• ETP upgradation and infrastructure improvements for future ready operations
• Development of utilities and operational systems aligned with regenerative manufacturing goals

Alongside the physical execution, focused efforts are also being made towards engineering completion, material movement, manpower alignment, utility readiness, and synchronization of critical path activities to ensure timely project execution. Teams across functions continue to work closely to maintain momentum and address challenges proactively.
