Joining Pakka and experiencing my debut month here has truly been mesmerising and almost like a holy treat to the mind. From the very beginning, I could feel that this is not just another corporate setup. The culture here is entirely new, deeply embedded with purpose, and offers a space where people genuinely think, contribute meaningfully, and work towards building a better future for the coming generations.
What impressed me the most was the idea of creating regenerative and 100 percent bio compostable products from agro residues. The thought itself feels powerful. Use it the way you like, feel it the way you love, dispose it to generate green energy, and watch it disappear silently while leaving behind something meaningful for the earth.
My first travel at Pakka was to meet the Noida facility team, and the interaction instantly made me feel younger. It was inspiring to witness such a charged, confident, and energetic team with overwhelming ideas constantly flowing around. The passion and freshness in their approach clearly showed how young minds can drive business successfully in a fast changing world.
I truly believe our young leaders are a strong example of a future ready force. Conversations with Pranay, Nihal, Sanchi and the team were extremely engaging and helped me understand Pakka more deeply. Although I missed meeting Shubham because he was travelling, the warmth and energy of the rest of the team never made his absence felt.
As I continue this journey, one thing feels very clear to me. This is the time to move ahead, explore new possibilities, and give our best to the mother earth by creating a new way of life, living with a soul.
