I joined Pakka in 2007. In the early days, resources were limited and there were many challenges, but together with the team, we worked with dedication and effort to establish and grow the plant.
Here, I found not just work, but a sense of belonging, brotherhood, and respect, which always motivated me to stay. Together, we not only helped the company grow but also trained new team members, giving them opportunities to move forward.
Pakka feels like a family to me, where there is always a sense of care, support, and a positive environment. In the coming time, I would like to spend more time with my family, but the 19 years I have spent at Pakka will always remain a matter of pride and happiness for me.
