Dear Colleagues,
The New Year brings with it a time of deep reflection and consideration of possibilities for me.
We are all walking together on a journey. You are all contributing to this journey, and it is my responsibility to continue expanding my understanding so that we can keep moving forward on the right path.
Challenges in life are essential. They force us to think and understand. The past year brought several aspects that showed us the way toward change in our direction. I believe that whatever is happening around us is happening for a reason, and the universe is constantly leading us toward our destination. Challenges seem to be there to make us more capable, and we must absorb them and keep moving forward. Every moment is teaching us and making us more capable. We need to pay attention to what is happening around us and determine our direction accordingly.
We have learned some lessons from the past year, and this year we will bring about change by acting on them:
- We must work based on our strengths: In the past 40 years, we have gained understanding in the use of bagasse, and this is our core achievement. We need to grow by making this our foundation. Similarly, my specialty is vision, planning, and partnerships. I must lead based on this and continue to choose the right partners for execution.
- We must keep our expansion aligned with our capacity: Our dreams have grown, but capability grows slowly. Sometimes there is a need to organize the expansion so that we can limit leakage while being in multiple directions and gather strength again. All these experiences teach us and make us capable.
- We must continuously invest in our team: Our greatest strength is having all of you. We need to continuously work on enhancing your capabilities and invest in making you more competent. Our people have created a distinct identity, and when we look for leaders from outside for leadership positions, it hurts this approach. We need to make our team stronger and strengthen our internal leadership.
- We must strengthen financial discipline: Any business is evaluated based on financial performance. We need to give such direction to our work that our performance becomes even better. Through this work, our investors will have more confidence in us, and they will provide us with more resources through investment, based on which we can focus on working toward our dreams.
- We must strengthen innovation and product development: How quickly and excellently we provide products to our customers will determine our success. We will need to make the right investments and pay attention in this direction. This will be the most essential aspect of moving toward our goals, and this is what makes us different from others. Many improvements are needed in this direction, and we will need to reestablish ourselves by changing the format.
In the coming year, we all need to work in these directions so that we can become stronger and succeed in contributing toward the cleanliness of the earth.
