Maternity and Paternity Leave Support Guidelines
Purpose
For our organization, we come first. We value the well-being, health, and happiness of every team member and stand with them during one of life’s most beautiful moments — welcoming a new child. It is a shared moment of joy for all of us.
Belief
In alignment with our value of Courage, we believe that in the early days of a child’s life, the love, time, and presence of both mother and father are essential.
With this belief, we recognize that with the support of a healthy and supportive family environment, parents should be able to actively participate in this important phase of life.
