Pakka Team visited L&T to understand how they consistently achieve their targets on or before the project completion date. The purpose of the visit was to learn their approach to planning, execution, and monitoring so that we can adopt similar practices in our projects.
The YSS team actively interacted with the L&T Project Director and asked several insightful questions, all of which were answered in a very simple and practical manner.
The L&T Project Director (Mr. Vinod Kumar Mehta) shared many key learning points on how to ensure timely project completion. One of the most important takeaways was that contingency planning is critical for achieving project targets on time. He emphasized that anticipating risks and preparing backup plans plays a major role in successful project execution.
Overall, the visit was highly informative and provided valuable guidance on how we can improve our project planning and delivery timelines.
