Dear Colleagues,
The month of October began in Guatemala. My mother wished that after hearing so much, we should go and see what is happening there. She got the opportunity to spend time with our team and also experienced the culture there. For me too, it was an opportunity to review. We discussed further about the project with the team and worked on the possibilities of starting soon.
There are many challenges, but we are also seeing golden opportunities. Due to the upheaval happening in the world, if we produce quickly in Guatemala for America, we can take advantage of American tariffs and establish a hold in the market. The team has started working in this direction, and Rolando ji visited China this month and worked on understanding different technologies. We will now move forward with talks with some investors so that we can establish at least a molded fiber plant soon.
After this, I got the opportunity to visit the Anuga exhibition in Germany. It takes place in the beautiful city of Cologne and is one of the best exhibitions in the food products sector. Our objective was to understand the upcoming changes and refine the direction for the time ahead. We learned that without having our own stall, making contacts and discussing business is very difficult, but at least we understood that there will be growth in the health-related food products sector and we should work with companies in this sector.
I also met with my PM4 supplier, Elimond Company, and discussed how we can be able to run the machine before time. They gave complete assurance that they will fully support us and will work to ensure all machinery reaches Ayodhya on time.
Upon returning to India, I went straight with the Chuk team to an Economic Times event and listened to Shubham ji’s dialogue. Many restaurant owners working at a good level were present at this event, and the team made contacts and caught the direction of work for the coming time. I got the opportunity to review with the team, and hope arose that we can bring some change in this business.
Upon coming to Ayodhya, I got the opportunity to review different directions, and the key issues before us are as follows:
- We did not get the benefit of the changes we made on PM3. We will have to work with Belmer Company or some other company that understands machine design to resolve the problems.
- Jagriti has come back to life, but now it seems that we will be able to implement the project by May 2026. For this work, it is essential that financial problems do not arise again.
- We need to increase the pace of production. Work is underway on product rationalization, and we need to go for minimum products and maximum productivity on each machine.
- Complaints and quality-related concerns continue, and we need to remain constantly focused on these so that we can provide the highest quality product to the customer.
- It is necessary that for customer satisfaction, we use technology to keep them informed of all activities. Work has started in this direction, but there is a need to increase our team’s capacity.
The feeling of being with you during Diwali is different. This festival was completely busy. I got the opportunity to visit the homes of many colleagues. I had the good fortune to meet all the district officials and some state officials. Puja and other programs were completed at the factory, and I also got time with some colleagues at the farm.
I hope that in the coming year, Gauri-Ganesh will continue to inspire us in such a way that we succeed in providing more cleanliness to the earth by dedicating our body, mind, and wealth to service.
With best wishes,
Yours,
Ved
